I have been a leader since my younger sister was born! I progressed to leading and coaching teams & individuals through my twenty plus years in human resources and business leadership in healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, education, non-profit, software development, retail and hospitality industries. Just before launching my own coaching & consulting practice, I was an HR leader for ~8 years with General Electric Company in the Healthcare and Financial Services businesses.
I am weary of people giving in to who they think they should be rather than who they are. I can help you stop fussing and start creating through courageous and compassionate coaching. I am the champion for your unspoken voice: I will inspire and empower you to speak your truth and choose to live a compelling and purposeful life.
I ask powerful questions to loosen the tightly wound strings that hold people back. I have the ability to see many perspectives and to see one broadly and deeply (like a Renaissance painting). I will make you feel safe even when you feel like you are dangling off a cliff. I might even encourage you to jump off so you can fly!
Many Paths is the name of my partnership with Chanda Carlson. We apply our skills and experiences in group and team coaching settings. With teams, we deploy the Team Diagnostic Assessment to discover teams’ productivity and positivity strengths and coach them through action planning to achieve their goals. We also developed a workshop for “wrung out women” that combined coaching with visual imagery, mediation, body work and fun! It debuted in March 2010 and is ready for a revival.
